The DPI segment is the fastest growing form of drug delivery for the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The DPI is generally a breath actuated device which helps deliver the medicine to the lungs when the patient inhales the same. There are different types of DPI devices: capsule based and reservoir based. Development of different types of DPI formulations in combination with suitable devices form the part of our core competence.
